Les founded Rechan Consulting Group LLC, a CXO services firm, and serves as the firm’s chief executive officer.

Les is a proven leader with over 35 years of global, multi-functional CXO and board experience in AI, analytics, mobile, social, cloud and business oriented IT solutions.  

He is results oriented, with a strong track record, and an intense focus on operational and go to market excellence. He has a breadth of experience in large, complex global organizations as well as smaller to mid-size entrepreneurial environments.
